Natural gas foam can be used for mobility control and channel blocking during natural gas injection for enhanced oil recovery, in which stable foams need to be used at high reservoir temperature, high pressure and high water salinity conditions in field applications. In this study, the performance of methane (CH4) foams stabilized by different types of surfactants was tested using a high pressure and high temperature foam meter for surfactant screening and selection, including anionic surfactant (sodium dodecyl sulfate), non-anionic surfactant (alkyl polyglycoside), zwitterionic surfactant (dodecyl dimethyl betaine) and cationic surfactant (dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride), and the results show that CH4-SDS foam has much better performance than that of the other three surfactants. The influences of gas types (CH4, N2, and CO2), surfactant concentration, temperature (up to 110°C), pressure (up to 12.0 MPa), and the presence of polymers as foam stabilizer on foam performance was also evaluated using SDS surfactant. The experimental results show that the stability of CH4 foam is better than that of CO2 foam, while N2 foam is the most stable, and CO2 foam has the largest foam volume, which can be attributed to the strong interactions between CO2 molecules with H2O. The foaming ability and foam stability increase with the increase of the SDS concentration up to 1.0 wt% (0.035 mol/L), but a further increase of the surfactant concentration has a negative effect. The high temperature can greatly reduce the stability of CH4-SDS foam, while the foaming ability and foam stability can be significantly enhanced at high pressure. The addition of a small amount of polyacrylamide as a foam stabilizer can significantly increase the viscosity of the bulk solution and improve the foam stability, and the higher the molecular weight of the polymer, the higher viscosity of the foam liquid film, the better foam performance. 相似文献

Coke deposition has been considered to be one of the most important reasons hindering the stability of the catalyst during CH4/CO2 reforming. In this study, after the addition of P123 (PEG-PPG-PEG triblock copolymer), Ni2+ can be well-dispersed on the mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41. And then, the catalysts were prepared by using N2 radio frequency (RF) discharge plasma for different treatment times to reduce the size of Ni particles, improve the anti-coking performance, and thereby improve the stability of the catalyst. The results showed that the catalyst NM-P123-PN2h exhibits superior catalytic properties in the CH4/CO2 reforming. The initial conversions of CH4 and CO2 were 90.80% and 89.60% at 750 °C, respectively. The catalyst NM-P123-PN2h showed highly coke resistance with less carbon deposition (1.12%) at 750 °C after 10 h of continuous reaction, while the carbon deposition of the catalyst NM-C was 37.32%. Compared with the traditional calcination method, the catalyst prepared by plasma treatment has a smaller particle size and better dispersibility of nickel. In particular, the nickel particle size of the catalyst NM-C was 8.37 nm, however, that of the catalyst NM-P123-PN2h was only 1.70 nm, and the nickel particle size was reduced by 5 times. Therefore, it can be concluded that the catalyst prepared under the combined action of P123 and RF plasma-treated can effectively improve the coke resistance of the catalyst and the stability of the CH4/CO2 reforming. 相似文献

高能量密度燃料是为新型高性能飞行器提供动力保障的关键,其合成及应用研究具有重要的前瞻性和重大战略意义。煤炭是我国的主体能源和重要原料,通过煤直接转化获取的煤基油,充分保留了煤中特有的环状分子化学结构,具有良好的热安定性和较高的能量密度,被认为是高超音速飞行器的优选燃料。以煤直接液化工艺生产的煤液化石脑油馏分为起始原料,通过富集轻质芳烃、化学合成、催化加氢稳定和产物分离提纯等方法制备煤基高能量密度燃料,并对其产物进行分子结构表征和性能评价。结果表明,煤直接液化生产的石脑油馏分是一种优异的催化重整原料,经催化重整富集轻质芳烃后,其轻质芳烃质量分数高达71.05%。Diels-Alder化学合成主产物是由多个封闭环平面组成且具有空间立体构型的二环或三环烃类物质,质量分数为46.18%,因分子内存在较大的张力能,结构紧凑,其拥有更大的密度和体积热值。煤基高能量密度燃料的密度和体积热值分别为0.8990 g/cm3与38.06 MJ/L,均大大超过现行的国内石油基喷气燃料(RP-3和RP-6)、煤基大比重喷气燃料、美国和俄罗斯军用标准。与单一纯物质合成高能量密度燃料(JP-10和T-10)比较,其密度与体积热值偏小。究其原因主要是轻质芳烃的富集度仅为71.05%,需进一步提高其轻质芳烃质量分数。另外,制备的煤基高能量密度燃料种类复杂,其主产物质量分数仅46.18%,下一步可重点调控合成产物的分子构型和纯化分离。 相似文献

为解决电镀砂轮磨削加工中容屑空间不足的问题,采用点胶微粘接的方法制备了磨料有序排布的电镀砂轮,分析了磨料粘接效果和镀层力学性能。通过SEM分析了磨料/镀层/导电胶的结合界面,并进行了干磨削试验。研究结果表明,直径约为磨料粒径40%的胶点可粘接住磨料,单个胶点上粘接多颗磨料的占比小于6%;双脉冲电镀工艺制备的镀层显微硬度大于500HV,表层残余应力小于100MPa,磨料/镀层/导电胶之间的界面贴合紧密,无明显缺陷;砂轮在磨削时没有出现磨料脱落现象。 相似文献

In order to investigate the relationship between high frequency tangential instability and continuous rotating detonation, series of H2/Air rotating detonations are experimentally achieved in the hollow chamber with double injection sections. In the center part, gaseous H2 and air injected by co-axial injector. Near the outer wall, the same propellants are injected in the form of slit-orifice collision. By keeping the total air mass flow rate approximately constant, varying the mixture of the inner and outer injection, series experiments are conducted in the test model with or without Laval nozzle. The results verify the possibility of rotating detonation in the hollow chamber with co-axial injector. To clarify the relationship between continuous rotating detonation and high frequency tangential combustion instability, the intrinsic frequencies of the test model are captured to be compared with propagation frequencies of detonation waves. The results show that they are close to each other when enough propellant assembled near the outer wall. In the combustor, the flame direction in constant pressure mode can change itself into rotating direction spontaneously. The results indicate that rotating detonation is an implication to high frequency tangential instability. 相似文献

High moisture mozzarella from cow milk is a pasta filata cheese that can be manufactured by different protocols. Fermentation by autochthonous starter is used for the traditional product, whereas direct acidification with citric acid is widely used at industrial level. Both types are stored immersed in a liquid for preserving freshness, but this packaging method is known to favour the changes of the quality characteristics. The present study aimed to assess the evolution of the soluble compounds and to evaluate their use as chemical indices for discriminating the two types of mozzarella. The contents of lactose, organic acids, water-soluble nitrogen and free amino acids differently changed over time. The whole patterns of these soluble compounds allowed discrimination of the two products during the whole storage period. The simple analyses of lactic acid and lactose could be a rapid tool to protect traditional mozzarella from industrial imitations obtained with citric acid. 相似文献

Mining high utility itemsets (HUIs) from transaction databases considers such factors as the unit profit and quantity of purchased items. Two-phase tree-based algorithms transform a database into compressed tree structures and generate candidate patterns through a recursive pattern-growth procedure. This procedure requires a lot of memory and time to construct conditional pattern trees. To address this issue, this study employs two compressed tree structures, namely, Utility Count Tree and String Utility Tree, to enumerate valid patterns and thus promote fast utility computation. Furthermore, the study presents an algorithm called single-phase utility computation (SPUC) that leverages these two tree structures to mine HUIs in a single phase by incorporating novel pruning strategies. Experiments conducted on both real and synthetic datasets demonstrate the superior performance of SPUC compared with IHUP, UP-Growth, and UP-Growth+ algorithms. 相似文献

The Fe−Ni−TiO2 nanocomposite coatings were electrodeposited by pulse frequency variation. The results showed that the nanocomposite with a very dense coating surface and a nanocrystalline structure was produced at higher frequencies. By increasing the pulse frequency from 10 to 500 Hz, the iron and TiO2 nanoparticles contentswere increased in expense of nickel content. XRD patterns showed that by increasing the frequency to 500 Hz, an enhancement ofBCC phase was observed and the grain size of deposits was reduced to 35 nm. The microhardness and the surface roughness were increased to 647 HV and 125 nm at 500 Hz due to the grain size reduction and higher incorporation of TiO2 nanoparticles into the Fe−Ni matrix (5.13 wt.%). Moreover, the friction coefficient and wear rate values were decreased by increasing the pulse frequency;while the saturation magnetization and coercivity values of the composite deposits were increased. 相似文献
